This year we have a unique judicial retention vote. We are recommending that you vote NO on
retaining three Supreme Court justices and two lower court judges who displayed extreme
partisanship. Read below for more information on whom we are recommending a NO vote.
Here are a few examples of their partisan decisions:
1. These judges allowed mail-in ballots to be counted 3 days late, after 2020 election.
2. They gave Governor Wolf the ability to shut down Pennsylvania for as long as he wanted
during COVID-19.
3. These judges allowed the Democrat Party to remove another party (the Green party) from
the ballot to boost their electoral outcomes & disenfranchise voters.
4. They violated the Pennsylvania Constitution by redistricting legislative boundaries to the
Democrats advantage, a job the PA Constitution delegates to the Legislature.
Meanwhile, we are recommending voting YES on retaining three local Republican judges. Please see our recommendations below.
