Judges William “Chip” Mackrides, Richard Cappelli, and Barry Dozor all seeking retention in 2023!
Both the Delaware County GOP and the Media Borough Republican Committee endorsed all fived judges up for retention in the Nov. 7th, 2023 election.
In order to vote for all five judges, voters must vote “YES” to retain each judge on the back of their ballots.
County Democrats have moved to try and oust three judges because they were elected as Republicans, once a judge is elected they are non-partisan and should remain as such. The fact that the County Democrats have made this unprecedented move to try and remove judges for reasons beyond merit is terrible and sets a terrible standard for years to come.
